Facilitator Profile
Jenny Bray has 20 years experience in the disability, community care and health related service sectors. She has worked in direct care with people with disabilities; in the public service with the NSW Department of Community Services; and in a Peak Body (the Brain Injury Association of NSW). She has served as a reviewer for the Community Health Accreditations Standards Program (CHASP) - now Quality Management Services Inc.Since 1998 Jenny has been delivering training and consultancy services to a variety of large and small agencies, both government and non-government.Jenny Bray has a reputation as a dynamic, knowledgeable, stimulating and vibrant trainer which is reflected in consistently positive evaluations. She has provided training to community care providers, disability services, local government and out-of-home care providers on a diverse range of topics.Jenny's capacity to collect, analyse and synthesise information is matched by an ability to identify sustainable and practical solutions. She has provided consulting and facilitation services across a broad range of project areas to a variety of agencies.
