- Learning and Development opportunities to non government organisations, groups and volunteers
- Service Network and service development opportunities by strengthening relationships between non government organisations, government departments and communities
- Short term and Emergency Respite to carers of all ages through a number of programs including:
- Respite for Young Carers Program
- Respite for carers of People with a Severe or Profound Disability
- Mental Health Respite Program (MHRP)
- Residential Respite Program
- Employed Carers Respite Program
- Carer Respite Centre
- Dementia Education Project
- Information Services to older people and people with a disability to help them live independently in the community.
Northern Sydney Home and Community Care Development Project (HACC) works collaboratively with a range of HACC funded and other community care agencies that provide support services to frail aged and younger people with disabilities and their carers.
Northern Sydney HACC Regional Volunteer Resource Project works in partnership with National, State and 4 local volunteer services.
